OLIVE OIL IN COOKING a EXPO 2015

September is the month of Olive Oil in Cooking at the Umbria Restaurant of Italy is Eataly pavilion in EXPO 2015 in Milan!

The students of the cooking high school Istituto Alberghiero of Spoleto, led by acclaimed chef Paolo Trippini, will prepare the very recipes that won the 2015 competition.

Don’t lose your occasion to discover new combinations of flavours and taste, always with the Prince of Mediterranean Diet as a protagonist!

The restaurant is open every day of the week from 10 AM to 11 PM and on Saturays and Sundays from 10 AM to 11PM.
